Shelley has worked with numerous clients to provide financial analysis and due diligence support for acquisitions, dispositions, internal decision making, financing or Canada Revenue Agency regulations. She also has worked with a number of public agencies in regard to right of way management (acquisition and disposition) and expropriation valuation – including litigation support.

Shelley has twenty-five years of commercial real estate experience covering both the private and public sector. Her experience includes appraisal, consulting, research, leasing, investment analysis, asset management, portfolio management, acquisitions, and dispositions.
Shelley’s experience covers a broad range of asset types including office, industrial, commercial, retail (including regional shopping centres), and land in both urban and rural environments across North America.
Experience in valuating full and partial takings for acquisition/disposition as well as expropriation of infrastructure projects with various public sector agencies.
Shelley is an accredited appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AACI, P.App) and has a Professional Land Economist (PLE) designation.
